Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached.

To start a return, go to Track order, enter your order number and phone, and choose Request a return.

Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer.

Customised and altered pieces, and jewellery for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
